Back to running Again!

28th January
Topic: Another Easy day
Today was the second day of my comeback. I ran about 50 Minutes easy and did some cool down and strides. I did not feel tired but felt some compression in my shins...but now as I write, I am feeling them and they seem ok. There was snow lying around all over but the temperatures were well above 50 Degree F. I ran two loops on campus : It combines a lacrosse training field, a soccer training field and a university loop and finished my run on the track. It started being cold later and I wrapped up my business and jogged the hill for about 5 mins back to my room. I am still in my sweaty clothes , so I am going to drink a recovery fluid and get some dinner in my belly. What I think is that I should do my runs on the trail that I at the back side of the Central Business area.

First Day of Running
Mood:  energetic
Topic: One sneaky day
Actually not on Jan 28th, but 27th is the day when I started running again. It had been a depressing time when I stopped running for a while because of Frostbite. I have alot of people to thank who helped me alot when I got into this accident. Please accept my sincere thanks. Anne Bristow & Her Husband Kenny: It was such a wonderful thing that you were at my side through all the pain and suffering. For the first time in diaspora, I felt the presence of and the love of a parent., my colleagues at Frostburg State University, Dept. of Psychology (Counseling Program), you are wonderful people. I am envious of myself for having you as my friends. Thank you very very much for the 24/7 alert system that you put around me. My girlfriend Phylis, God bless you girl for travelling all the way from Missouri to come and share the pain with me. Anybody else who helped me and is not mentioned here, please please, I have not forgotten the help. I appreciate it and God bless y'all.
Today being my first day, that many vehemently believed will never come back again, I am very excited that I finally got to get back into running. I am very happy about it, but I am approaching it cautiously because my feet havent properly healed. I ran 4 miles just to get feel of my "parts and pieces".
